Decent decor and cuisine, excellent service. We booked this restaurant due to excellent ranking at TripAdvisor and Michelin recommendation. The cuisines, both environmental conservation and tasting menu, are delicate and very delicious. The raw oyster was very fresh and tasty. Risotto and wagyu steak were marvelous. The portions were adequate, not making you too full. The service, provided by Mathilda, was amazing. She was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife had dinner with high expectations and we were not disappointed at all. First, we were greeted by our hostess Patricia who was delightful and very welcoming. She took us to our table where we were introduced to our server Jonathan. Our night was fantastic thanks to him. Enthusiastic, friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. He even offered us dessert which was truly a heartwarming gesture. His level of service quality should a standard in any fine-dining establishment. Thank you to Jonathan, Patricia and the Manor again for an unforgettable night!

Came for a late supper, arrived at 9pm. Despite this, the staff were still very welcoming and attentive - 5 star service without doubt. We ordered the “small” seafood platter which was huge and plenty for the two of us to share and it was great value for money. It included a whole Boston lobster, abalone and many more. The ingredients were very fresh and tasty. The bread, entree and dessert were complimentary from the restaurant - very high quality and tasty still.

This was our Macau’s first meal (late dinner) at our hotel’s very own restaurant: The Manor. Maybe it was almost nine o’clock in the evening, the restaurant’s environment was a bit messy, felt like they just finished a wave of customers, some tables weren’t being tidy up. That being said, the decors of the restaurant is pretty good, has a nice ambiance. The service was really good, waiters were proactive to attend to our need. They also explained every food that was being served. Finally, the most important aspect of the restaurant: food itself! I love how the butter was designed according to St. Regis’ logo! And with salt lightly sprinkled beside it, together, they look classy~ They even served sort of a finger food on the house. However, the Beef Wellington to me was a bit underwhelming I’ve had better one in London. But don’t misunderstand my opinion, it was still good, just not to my expectation. For desert, I love how they melt the outer cocoa shell with a melted hot chocolate, revealing inner contain. Overall it was a nice dinning experience, I would recommend you to try it yourself!

Extraordinary experience for breakfast at The Manor in The St. Regis Hotel. I was blown away by the hospitality of Kaye and Rod who welcomed us as honored guests. The food was varied, delicious and featured many cuisines. I loved the fried bread, sesame ball, egg tart and salads. A must visit on your trip to Macao!

Visited this place for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast was excellent, although the food choices were somewhat limited, the taste and quality were quiet good. I particularly enjoyed the exquisite and cute desserts and pastries. The wantan mee was also delicious. The dining environment is great, with well-spaced tables that provide privacy for conversations with friends. The lighting is perfect, creating a comfortable atmosphere for breakfast. I highly recommend trying their breakfast buffet if you’re staying here. For lunch, it was my first fine dining experience. We opted for the lunch set, and I chose scallops as an appetizer, lamb rack as the main course, and berries sorbet for dessert. The friendly and helpful waiter provided an enjoyable dining experience. The pace of service was reasonable, and I truly savored my first fine dining experience here

An all time recommended The Manor of St. Regis Cotai reservation made! Arrived 2nd floor St. Regis bar…. great place, live jazz nightly The manor on 1st, wide open high ceiling entrance, warm reception. Place is airy, nicely design, not fancy type, but rather comfortable setting. Rod, a very attentive server, walk through is wine & lunch menu in detail, bottle of DOCG prosecco & 2 3 course executive lunch ordered! We had mozzarella tomato salad & smoke salmon for starter prawn risotto & lamb rack for main cheese platter and panna cotta rounding up All dishes delicately prepared wins a smile with every bite Pinot noir had to order to pair lamb & cheeses…. 2 1/2 hour slipped by in laughters & satisfaction….. great way to have a decent lunch
